TGIF to everyone that matters to, I work this weekend but am off today, so just checking in before I get busy on some of my projects.  Hoping to post some pics in progress today, maybe get some things completed.  I will catch up more a little later today.  Everyone have a great day.

Hello everyone, it is Sunday evening and I promised to post pics today, but thought I should just link my slideshow video instead.  So this will be my first attempt at this, wish me luck in a successful completion of this task, lol. 

Happy Labor Day....hope everyone had a great day with friends/family today.  I had to work today, then it was a quick trip to Michael's for some floral picks, my IAR order can not arrive soon enough.  After that it was time to take some pics for a special mini album for a lady I have known almost all my life for a special milestone birthday gift this friday.  I hope to post some pics tomorrow or Thursday as I am almost finished with it.  My friend's Christmas gift is still in the works but had to put it on hold to complete Miss Phyllie's B-day gift.  I am so excited for her to open this present it will be the first album I have made for her, she's been waiting four years for some pics of a Put-In-Bay trip she didn't even go on with us.  I know she's gonna be super suprised and love it as much as I am loving creating it for her.  Hope I have enough ink to print the awesome pics I took today, keep your fingers crossed for me.  My hubby is definitely feeling a little neglected since I have been spending most of my hours working or creating in the last few weeks.  Though I am the first person he asks when he needs a card or gift for someone, lol.  So I have a couple cards to create in the next day or two as well that he asked me for.  Gotta love it!!!   Maybe I can post a couple preview pics even if it's not quite done tomorrow, but I am truly hoping to complete it. OMG, I am so excited about this album I wish it was for me.  Have a great night all. :-)!!!

Here we are again on Tuesday, I have had no creative time in the last week and have 2 more days of work before I am off.  I am so ready for Thursday, I can't wait to get my hands inky, I can't wait to play with some of the new patterned papers I've been picking up over the last few weeks.  There are definitely some great new lines out from some of my favorite paper companies.  All I can say is Thursday won't be here soon enough, so until then, I won't be posting, but hoping for a quick and simple mini completion that I need for an upcoming birthday present.that I know the recipient will greatly appreciate.

Welcome to Wednesday everyone.  I did not stay up super late like I thought about so I am hoping after I take care of everything I need to today that I can get some creative time in.  Keep your fingers crossed for me, would love to complete a couple projects and get a couple started.  If I get to post my friends project it will still be an in progress post as I said I am waiting to receive some needed elements for its completion.  I am exhausted today, maybe I need a little down time but doubt I will receive it, where's the cleaning fairy when you need her most, lol.  Hope everyone has a great day, and hope to post something in the next couple days that includes some pics at least.

So it's Tuesday, and I'm sitting here wishing I had some creative time today, but alas, I have to work in a little bit, and the project I am in the middle of is somewhat at a stand still because the recipient will be here in about an hour so I have to hide it.  I am so anxious to get it finished though.  I have many more projects in the planning stages and need to get them started, Christmas is fast approaching.  Also, I just recently placed my first I Am Roses order, and need some of them for all of these projects, I will have a very difficult time waiting to receive them in about 3 weeks ugggh, that is such a long time.  Thank you to Arlene Cuevas at MyButterflyKisses12 over on YouTube for introducing me to these gorgeous flowers that I have been drooling over for months.  She makes the most beautiful projects and is very inspiring to me creatively, and offers great tutorials on her YouTube Channel.  I'd also like to make a shout out to Lindsay Amrhein at Note To Self a local cardmaker who makes some truly awesome designs.  I have been following you both for quite a while now and am always excited to see what each of you come up with next.  Two very talented paper artists.  That's all for today everyone unless I stay up super late tonight to work on my friends project and get it completed to post it.  Have a great day, and happy papercrafting to all.

hi everyone, learning how to set this blog up, and design the page and will slowly figure out how to add my own graphics I'm sure.  Now if I can figure out how to post everything correctly I will be one step further.  So this is my first attempt at posting a pic of a scrapbook layout I made a few months back as my test run.  Hopefully this works the way I think it should, lets find out shall we, here we go, 1,2,3.........
